Attracting and signing your talented candidate was a success, but now it’s time to ensure you can count on their contributions for years to come.
To increase the likelihood that the new employee and their family will stay and enjoy the new location, we recommend our “follow-up year” program.

Here’s how it works: we’ll check in with the family monthly for twelve months, answer any questions that have arisen and provide assistance. But between these monthly check-ins, we also make ourselves available constantly, as friends, to answer ongoing questions and provide much-needed support.
